Oh trust me having a perennial loser will do that. I have been to Raider's games when Washington is in town and I swear there was barely 10-15k there and of those, 75% seemed to be 'Skins fans. It was so embarrassing that I actually felt a little bad and akward being there as a 'Skins fan and not for the usual reasons.

I agree. This organization pissed away a lot of its fan base with 20 years of terrible play. If they want the fans to come back all they have to do is win.
