Re: Week 15
So what's up with this ODB gay stuff? Apparently players around the league say he's gay.

I'm not making excuses he needed to be kick out right there and then so maybe you should vent your frustration on the whole and not just one part of what happen in another teams game, like the refs and like Norman.Let's not kid ourselves here you don't give a hoot about crossing the line unless it benefits you ."Habit forming"............BS.

Week 15
Quote:
Woooooah Tiger....u need to go back to the dallas gameday thread. If you did you would know that I wanted DJax cut immediately after the Dallas game and wouldn't shut the hell up about it. I am faaaar from DJax biggest fan, and if he took a running start and launched himself at a defenseless players head I would call him a dirty little bitch just like ODB. I already said IM NOT GIVING NORMAN A PASS. nor the refs - we all know how terrible they are. BUT ODB crossed the effin line and deserves to be called out above all others. If you dont see that than u r just blinded by ur big blue love affair - and u never struck me as a giant homer type before. Edit - its BS the habit forming part? Really? ODB hasnt even been in the league two years and ESPN can already do a five minute segment on the issues he has had. Again though , turn a blind eye to the fact that your best player has a fucking behavioral disorder. Is he the only one? No. But he is certainly the hot topic this week so lets not act like my comments are out of no where. Lol. Is he a god damned great wr? Absolutely. Will this shit hurt or help his career? You know the answer to that. |

Re: Week 15
Both players took it too far....Beckum hit Norman with a low blow to his head using his helmet... so what.... Norman started it....Beckum finished it....both players were fined.... and everything is right with the world.

Re: Week 15
AS well as he should have ,the NFL had to and they did do the right thing but again the refs aren't getting enough of the blame and nether is Norman for the knee to ODB head .Really the black baseball bat is a punk move and I'll bet some good beer it won't be done this week.

Re: Week 15
Maybe Giantone can answer this: if the Giants lose to the Vikings (seems more likely now with ODB out), are they out of contention for the playoffs? In other words, does it come down to the winner of Saturday's game? I think that's right.
If true, and if we lose Saturday and the Giants beat the Eagles the following week after losing a close one to the Vikings, ODB's antics could have cost a playoff spot.
