Sources: Coughlin says Eagles job not a fit
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the former Giants coach is withdrawing his name from consideration for the Eagles job. Coughlin had concerns about staff structure and didn't feel he had a strong candidate to be his OC if he took the job, a source told ESPN's Dan Graziano. Slap in the face of the eagles and where is this win now job?

Maybe he connects to players better on the left coast. Things worked for him in Oregon. |

He did not have a lot of interaction with the players at Oregon. Most of his staff handle the player issues. I do not know if its true, but i think i read he had asperger's syndrome or something similar. This is why he doesn't relate to a lot of the players. |
