Comparing dak to kirk is not even fair. Dak literally looks at 2 reads 90% of the time and both are usually a check down safe pass to Beasley or witten. He's ranked like 30th in pass attempts of 25 yards or more down field. I saw the stat last week, only Alex Smith and kaepernick were behind him. He's a check down king.

Glass half empty analysis. The glass half full variant is a rookie QB who ACTUALLY goes through his progressions and does not try to 'force the play'. Call him a 'check down king' if you like. But that is a part of the reason he only has 2 INTs on the season.
