Don't take it personally Matty, but it sounds like you're trying to give Gruden/Williams/Allen most of the credit for player scouting.

I'm guessing his influence has diminished over time. I'm not trying to credit or discredit anyone, just saying we've gotten some good results lately and maybe it's not all due to McC.
