Bruce Allen is an older guy but acts like a sophomore high school chick.

Wow!
I'm impressed at how much you guys know about Allens and Snyders relationship.
You must spend a lot of time with them.
Do you guys usually do nine or eighteen down at Boca?

The irony is Dan and Bruce are drinking buddies...but suck as football personnel......McC is a drunk and apparently drinks alone, but is great at picking football talent.

We need to find a balance between alcohol consumption and putting together a competent team.

We usually go 13.5. We hit our tee shots on 13 then walk of the fairway. That's our thing.

You can be good at your job and still be a douche bag nobody likes. And just like a player, because you had a good season/year in say 2012, that doesn't mean you'll be good in 2017.

nothing to do with the line, or the offensive weapons, or ST, or any of a myriad of things? Just saying it's a bit easy to say it's all the qb. (Though I'm sure KC's agent will be calling you as a personal reference)

I said " not the only reason." I never said it's all the QB. I said he's a big reason why we're hovering around 500.

Re: Redskins fire GM Scot McCloughan

Everyone on ESPN is giving the Redskins grief for the "leak" and that this didn't happen in SF or Seattle. If not, how did we find out drinking was involved in SF and Seattle? It had to be a leak, right?

TBH, I blame the WaPo for making the decision to publish it. I know they want to sell papers, but if they had any morals at all, they would have held it.

That was in 2002. Just look how he ( and Snyder) has handling so many things since Bruce has been here. It's seriously indefensible.

Gruden's influence is obviously significant, more than we previously thought. I'm ok with Bruce as long as Jay has his say too.

The Redskins will get more grief about the exact same circumstance than any other team in the NFL. Just part of the Redskins experience.

Do you think this might have been a power play by Gruden to dump Scot?

Oh, I don't think Gruden had anything to do with it...definitely Allen, though.
