I like my steaks rare, like right off the cow, filet mignons are good for that. But I can eat any kind of steak put in front of me.

When it comes to steak, Rib Eye or Filet you cant go wrong. When Im cooking at home, Filet is just so easy to fix. I go to this nice lil cheap steak place down the street from work and their Sirloin are just beautiful too...I think its a chain, but damn good. Texas Roadhouse? Unbelievably great and their draft beer is the coldest around. Ice cold budwesier and med-rare sirloin...fat and happy
