NFL to relax celebrations rules, allow more freedom
Good news: Fun celebrations are back. Bad news: Violent/offensive celebrations, such as shooting a bow and arrow or an imaginary machine gun, are still outlawed. Also OT is now 10 minutes. I don't really have a problem with it, 10 minutes is plenty of time for each team to have a couple possessions if they don't score.
