Most of the movies I would picked have already been mentioned...so here's a few that haven't been mentioned

PCU
Revenge of the Nerds
Hot Fuzz
Half Baked
Napoleon Dynamite
iThree Amigos!
Trading Places
Dynamite did cross my mind when I was thinking of my favorite. Just so well done. It also touch a lot of different types of comedy...deadpan, absurd, physical comedy...multi memorable characters. I didn't expect that movie to be that good.

Wes Anderson probably deserves a movie on my list...I think The Royal Tanenbaums would make it. That was the type of movie where you see it once and think its ok...but you see it replay over on comedy central or hbo a couple times and it gets better.

Never ,ever like ND,the kids loved it and so do my grandkids it just never got to me.Now I feel the same way about Monty Python and the HG as you do the Royal Tenenbaums.I saw it a theater with friends and didn't get it,now I can sit alone and watch it and I am crying laughing out loud ,the "bring out your dead bit "is classic.I can do the same with most of the Marx Brothers movies,
