Re: Cousins Saga 4.0. Is he done in DC?
LOL. The Jason Reid TL is hitting up the ole KC is done here in DC stuff. He clearly says that Kirk does not want to be here and it comes down to a incident that happened in Cleveland his rookie year.
He's way off on the whole 49ers shit though. Skins can put a non-exclusive franchise tag on him which will allow them to match any offer, or they would get a 1st and 3rd rounder as compensation if he walked. That alone would stop the 49ers from signing Kirk. No way are they going to give the #1 or #2 pick in the NFL draft for a 30 year old QB AND have to sign him to a 150mil contract. That isn't happening. That said, if they hold that top pick or 2nd top pick, they will be drafting a QB since some good ones are coming out this year. @JReidESPN 1 of a couple/Kirk is smart. He's way too smart to say anything stupid. But anyone who knows what went down in Cleveland his rookie season @JReidESPN 2 of 2/knows Skins were always gonna have an uphill battle to sign him if he ever balled out. And he has balled out. Not Rodgers. But good. @JReidESPN Gotta wait for the book. Unless someone else writes it before I get to the book on RG3, Cousins and the biggest QB fiasco in NFL history.

Going to have to disagree with you. He's just reporting. The sad fact is, the franchise is a shit show and it was MOST definitely one back then. I've always known that the reason Kirk doesn't want to be here is due to the relationship between Snyder and him. There is none. Snyder is pissed his golden boy he pissed away valuable draft picks for (with the help of Bruce) didn't pan out, and that Mike Shanahan was right all along.

Honestly, I'm getting over last night. NFL season has been so up and down, very few teams (except the Iggles apparently) seem to be consistent from week to week. Plenty of other shit shows (Browns, Giants, Colts) going on in the league.
