Having about 4 home games out of 6 total games helps out quite a bit.

Re: Player Hating

Eli's is 0-5 away from home in his career. While I don't expect that to continue forever, I would say it ain't a resume builder.

You are right. They'll also all start to change their tune about Coach Gibbs and start saying how great he is again. The same mo fo's that said the game passed him by last year. I just can't stand these flip flopping attitudes. Hypocrites!!!

Re: Player Hating

our game plans look the same from coach gibbs first go round.mix in enough big plays with a decent ground game so you can control the time of possesion.this formula =winning football.i cant see the giants defense making any plays to get off the field,as long as strahan gets blocked because their secondary is horrible

Re: Player Hating

we've had a tougher schedule so far, so i'd give us the edge this week, but a couple turnovers could easily flip this one.

Re: Player Hating

The only reason the media loves the Giants is cause of Elisha getting the rub of being Peytons brother nobody whats to hear about how Brunell is blowing sh*t up but us. I don't care Peyton is good, Eli maybe good but I already dislike both cause anyone the media loves gets on my nerves by halftime with the announcers going down on them all game every game. Favres the same way I couldn't stand that "There's no defense for the perfect pass" crap Bill Maas was spouting all day, didn't exactly win him the game did it Bill? I'd rather the media stay away from us! That just my 2 cents worth!

Re: Player Hating

The media is so contradictory. They admit that Brunell is having a "Comeback Player of the Year" type season, and have no choice but to give S. Moss at least some of the respect he has earned, but when it comes to the Redskins as a team, they still tend to overlook us. A couple more wins, especially over good NFC teams (NYG, Philly, and/or TB) should show them, but who knows, they'll probably find some way to play it down anyway...

Until we beat the Giants, and Eagles we're not gonna get any repect/recognition.
I agree, these next two weeks age huge. People make the argument that we keep beating bad teams, and not until we....(fill in teh blank)..then we havent proven anything. Well, they said we needed to beat the chiefs or broncos, we didnt beat either.

Bottom line for me, winning in our division. We have been pathetic in divisional play for years. And regardless of our record, I want us to have a winning record in our division. If we win the next two games, Ill be a very very happy boy.
