I don't see the need for Hall. As a healthy back up ok.

But right now who do you start him over in our secondary?

You don't need to start D. Hall in order for him to get on the field. There are plenty of packages where D. Hall can come in with the present starters. I think it's a good idea to activate him.

For 5 DBs packages I'd rather have DJ, Montae (if healthy), Norman, Dunbar and Moreau. But I agree Hall is good insurance if one of our safeties is hurt, and maybe he can rotate with Moreau and Fuller at the nickel spot?
