You are definitely on to something, this back to back games of lackluster effort, and it all stems from the top and poor across the board leadership. We have if not the, one of the worst ownership/General Manager combinations in Snyder/Allen. Unfortunately the owner isn't going any place, he has done a helluva job ruining this franchise though. At this stage the best thing Snyder could do is fire everyone. Gruden is a boob.

We've pinned them inside the 5 yard-line and I'd bet it won't make a bit of difference to the Chargers offense.

We just need a true pass rusher and another LB and we'll be OK. Safety maybe but monte looked good when he actually played.
