As far as Kirk not wanting to be here I don’t know about that. I think he just wants to feel wanted and he hasn’t felt that yet. AKA show him the $$. I don’t even think he cares about being the highest paid, he just wants an offer in the ballpark.

I always wondered this: do you think he gets pressure from other players/QBs to take the most possible so the price keeps rising? He's a stand-up guy, so I don't see that effecting him, but I do wonder if it's a factor.
