Re: Redskins free agent signings 2018
It doesn't appear to be the case

Re: Redskins free agent signings 2018
Obviously ZB isn't getting many offers, he hasn't landed anywhere

Everyone gets overpaid the first couple of days in free agency, I like Murph but for $7M I wish him well

Re: Redskins free agent signings 2018
I don't know what the offers are (or were) that have been extended. While I appreciate the idea of not breaking the bank for big names, as has been done in the past - and rarely worked, you have to pay at some point if you want to improve the team. I'm stuck wondering a couple things. Is it possible that players just don't want to play here because they don't want any part of this team? Are they undervaluing players - both our own and other free agents while other NFL teams are adding? Do they really have a plan to improve? I can't figure out what's really going on...
I hear it's still possible that they retain Zach Brown and Junior, and DRC is still a possibility, but they'll have to start writing some checks... |

I feel pretty good about him ending up back here. He’s simply not going to get top dollar. He’s not a complete player. |

Re: Redskins free agent signings 2018
Idk.. but so far they've let a bunch of their drafted players leave. I would think that you have to try and re-sign Breeland and Murphy over giving Richardson 20 million guaranteed.

Eric Ebron is only 24, wouldn't hurt to take a look

Re: Redskins free agent signings 2018
I don't think that's been true for a while. I can think of a ton of guys we have kept and re-signed. But at the same token, not every "great guy" is worth keeping from a football perspective. We have only rushed to pay DJax and Norman, in recent memory, and they both were one off's. We also have quietly extended a lot of our players over time. But some players (maybe a lot of players) do want to see what the market is, that's what the NFL is nowadays.
