On one hand you have to weigh working for an owner/FO regarded as garbage, OTOH you have to ask yourself if any better opportunities will come along. Most teams searching for new HC's are starting from the bottom, rare are the opportunities to replace a Belichick/Tomlin/McCarthy.

I think that is going to be part of the problem this off season. Green Bay might be looking for a new coach, Baltimore, Cleveland, Cincy. All of those opportunities might appear more favorable. (Cleveland meh). The FO literally hamstrings themselves from finding a quality HC.
