You seem triggered, angry in fact. Emotional. Is everything okay?

"Talked" into stupid crap? Its interesting that you assume that he can't make decisions on his own. I didn't know protesting was stupid crap.

If no one colluded against him then why did his collusion case move forward?

Nothing a penicillin shot couldn't cure

If your girlfriend/wife explained to you that the Cowboys should be your team would it make you change teams?

The assumption that such a paradigm shift in thought is because he was talked into rather than had a fundamental shift/growth in convictions is an attempt to diminish or delegitimize his beliefs.

The bolded part is right on the money. I'm glad you recognized what I posted as just a dumb joke.

As for the Little Brain question, of course I'm sticking with the Skins no matter what. BUT I'm 70 years old now. When I was 22 years old, I would be waving the silver and blue flag and shouting "Yee-Haw!" while jumping into bed with her wearing nothing but a cowboy hat.

because that is the way our justice system is supposed to work, an aggrieved party can file suit and be heard. The respondents are presumed innocent until an actual finding of the court.

C'mon bro i'm not gonna do the research for you....but the collusion had to go before arbitrage BEFORE moving forward the arbitrator could have decided the case was without merit and it would have ended right there.

So the arbitrator said that the case could be heard right? from an SI article:

Quote:
Kaepernick is by no means guaranteed to win the trial

While Kaepernick is no doubt thrilled by Burbank’s summary judgment ruling, the ruling doesn’t guarantee that Burbank will ultimately rule in Kaepernick’s favor. Under Article 17 of the CBA, the burden of persuasion for a summary judgment is whether Kaepernick has shown enough evidence to raise a genuine issue of material fact. In contrast, the burden of persuasion for Kaepernick to prevail in the trial is whether he demonstrates by a “clear preponderance of evidence” that collusion occurred and that such collusion caused him economic injury.

The phrase “clear preponderance” reflects a high standard of persuasion. It is a burden decidedly higher than the “preponderance of evidence” or “more likely than not” burden used in civil trials.
Do your own research and understand what innocent until PROVEN guilty is supposed to mean.

Our country is never going to survive the internet morality police...

Just because he has not been hired by another NFL team is enough to allow the case to move forward.

Just a quick point that's sometimes lost in the shuffle. Kaepernick's collusion case "moved forward" only because it survived a motion to have the arbitrator enter a judgment in the league's favor prior to the full/final hearing. So that's sort of like saying that there's some sort of factual dispute on an important issue, without determining how strong the dispute actually is. So the claim has to go through to the hearing. If Kaepernick's claim was really strong, his attorneys would have filed their own motion to have the arbitrator find in his favor, prior to the full hearing, but apparently they did not.
