I drive by there all the time. To me it will always be Jack Murphy...lol. There is room downtown for a stadium for the Chargers. Hope it happens because there is no way they will get enough support in LA. Spanos should just sell the team to someone that has more money.

If you're driving east on Friars from Mission Valley, I'm the next street you can turn right onto after the stadium. And the 1st complex. I moved down here in 2003. I missed the Jack Murphy days. Based on Wikipedia, I moved down here during the last 1/3rd of the season the Pads played there.
