Re: Trent Williams holding out for new deal

More from D Hall per Kevin Sheehan...apparently the 2 sides (TW and Skins) aren't talking but Hall said if the Skins would reach and try to communicate and bring him back, this would probably be over a lot sooner.

Ive said all along...Bruce, Dan and the front office should be at the minimum having some sort of communication with their best player trying to get over this hurdle. A lil childish by Trent, but damn, today athletes expect it.

Agreed. Also, all teams that were dealing with hold out either got something worked out (Elliott, Julio, Clowney, etc., etc.) or stopped talking altogether once the season started (see Chargers). Redskins shouldn't be any different.

Yeah, but if the Redskins want to change the team's losing culture, then perhaps thinking outside the box is in order. It sounds like TW is acting like a baby and BA is playing the hard azz. Whether Penn and Flowers continue to play well I doubt whether they as good as TW in there. I'd rather have Penn as a BACKUP, then Christian and a backup.

Make a deal or get a trade.
