I just listened to the whole clip, Lombardi makes some great points and I really agree in regards to Bruce not being a football guy.

But his last point about bringing in Dabo Sweeney to establish a culture I don't like. Just read an SI article about the culture Sweeney established at Clemson which basically revolves around faith and God, and he likes players that have a personal relationship with God, and I really don't think that would work in a pro locker room.

I liked his point about the conditioning though. And there's no way to confirm it now but if Jay Gruden feels like he's ready to be fired I don't blame him for wanting out.

I think this is a great interview and worth a listen for every Skins fan. I totally agree Mooby, The Sweeney comment made me cringe. I dont see that working at all with professionals.
