Let me put it like this, are we giving Bruce Allen's assistants any heat for what a shitty job they do assisting Bruce in building our roster? Can you name any of Bruce's assistants without looking them up?

I'm not sold on Mayhew just because he's been an invaluable adviser to John Lynch on how to be a good GM.

First off Bruce Allen is worthlessness POS, Kyle Smith has done a fine job picking players the last 2 years. Mayhew would take over Allen’s role which oversees operations and would know Kyle is doing a fine job and would provide his input. Doesn’t mean what happened in Detroit was all his fault. Belichick was a failure in Cleveland, what happened after that? Mayhem is smart and well respected executive.
