There’s something be said for that. This team is the definition of a hot mess. It’s going to take a BIG SALARY, the opportunity to pick the #2 draft pick in 2020, lots of cap room (by dumping Reed, Davis, Moses,Scherff, Norman and Richardson) and some autonomy from the two stooges - Allen / Snyder to attract a really talented OC or DC to be the head coach.

The big question is whether Snyder sheds Bruce Allen to deflect the media and fan anger with a 1-15 season. If Snyder keeps him around as the GM, I just don’t see anyone of merit coming to this mess. BA’s continual personnel mistakes and arrogance are killing this team. The Snyder /Allen combo is the worst in the NFL and no HC can overcome their buffoonery.
