I want Ron Rivera to have the coaches he wants and the players he wants, period. If he gets to run the show his way, that gives him the best chance to succeed here. I just want to win!

We should be applauding the fact that RR has the autonomy to make the moves that he’s making. No more forcing assistants on the HC.
