Re: Redskins Free Agent Signings 2020

I would like to feel that there is a reasonable chance we can win a game with our starters on the field. I am not there yet.

RR On the status of the team and FA "Going forward, you never know what’s going to happen. But where we are right now, and we made a commitment to young guys, to find out who we have as a football team.”

I heard the clip on Sheehan this morning...I thought it was a standout quote. Kinda puts the lay-low in Free Agency make a lil more sense. Just remember tho, too many holes will wash out and impede the development of these young players....

From the sounds of it, this year is a wash.... But I guess we'll see

Or we will really see just how inept the previous coaching staff was. Which I think we will see on the D side of things.

I feel like the team has added 10 or more new players either by free agency or trade, in the last 7 days. They also went after Cooper and Olsen (and who knows who else). That's not exactly laying low, and it's still pretty early considering we're only a week into it.

Seems like we are digging through trash to see if there's any gems we can find

I personally like all of our signing, Fuller, Davis, Barber, McKissick, Scherff, the 2 OL, the 2 TE’s. I still say we make the playoffs.

Re: Redskins Free Agent Signings 2020

NFL teams might not be able to get their players on the field till July. I don't expect a rookie or any other mini camp this offseason. Veteran teams are going to have an advantage this season.

Skins are going to struggle to get all these new parts to mesh together without a full offseason.

Don't forget the QB.

I like that they have addressed several needs, added some depth, and cleaned out the trash while not breaking the bank on anyone.

Last in the NFC East, by quite a bit. A really strong shot at another very high draft pick next year. (assuming there is a season in 2020-2021).

You're a ray of sunshine in these troubling times.
