Re: Where is the negativity???
I think some of us just seek solace with others feeling as angry/frustrated as ourselves after a defeat. others just dwell in negativity and will find something wrong with everything that happens. It's hard for some of us after the past dozen years or so to really enjoy the moment when the team does something well cuz we might be afraid of getting too excited only to be dissapointed, but a majority of us keep coming back cuz it's our team no matter what even if it is just to vent.

Re: Where is the negativity???
I'm just happy to see progress. We had a hell of a schedule and may still very well end up with a winning record. Don't forget that every non-redskin fan predicted us to have an awful, dismal, losing record this year.

Nah, definitely his worst game was against the Giants. He truly looked like the Brunell of last year. Throwing the ball high. Throwing it behind the receivers. Throwing it in the dirt. That one was painful to watch. Sounds like my chief complaint this year was the same as the veterans on the team--they were not going in for the kill. Too many 4th quarter leads were evaporating because they were playing not to lose rather than cranking up the score. Looks like they might have fixed that this week. ALL the remaining games are winnable. Now it's on the coaches shoulders to have them as ready to play as they were against the Rams. |
