Roe is established law. When the Rs stole a SC seat, this was the fear. That they would use religion to guide their decisions .. by placing very religious justices on the bench.
The SCOTUS is becoming a farce by playing games. By taking no action and allowing Roe to be de facto overruled in Texas is playing games. Keep your religious beliefs out of our democracy. |
