If it is the case that most teams do this, the owners will be upset that Snyder let slip the secret, but they wouldn't be willing to kick him out the league. They would never set a precedent for removal that they're all guilty of. It's the entire reason the Wilkinson report was squashed.

In a Business that has only 32 Companies involved in it I would not assume that all the others companies/teams are doing it. It's not a good defense. While we may not have been privy to everything I don't believe anything was "squashed".JMO.
