Not no, but hell no. If you or anyone else doesn't like, appreciate, or believe in what the "Founding Fathers" did in securing America's independence and creating this great nation - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE - where you can 'make whatever laws you want'.

We're not "servants" of long-dead men. However, we better realize what we have, and do what we can to continue to protect it. It's not perfect, but it's better than what the other 95% has.

When Benjamin Franklin was asked after signing the Constitution if they had created a monarchy or a republic, Franklin replied: “A republic, if you can keep it.”
