For the first time in American history, a former President’s home was raided, and with great consequence. If Trump “willfully and unlawfully conceals, removes, mutilates, obliterates, falsifies or destroys…any record, proceeding, map, book, paper, document, or other thing, filed or deposited with any clerk of officer of any court of the United States, or in any public office, or with any judicial or public officer of the United States,” he will be disqualified from holding public office.

If convicted. And yes, I think he is guilty. The problem will be finding a jury. I seriously doubt they'd be able to find 12 impartial jurors and then it would only take one to prevent a conviction. He was right in saying he could murder someone in Times Square and get away with it.
