Correct, I was not. And it didn't even say anything bad about the FBI anyways. That would be funny if you were actually tracking someone, and they just looked at random memes all day.

Well it isn’t the funniest thing in the world but it is hardly some anti law enforcement joke. If an fbi agent is watching what you are doing on your computer all day and your looking at memes he is looking at memes which means him and the kid are doing the same thing, so the kid can work for the fbi too.
