I think the defense had most to do / the W.

You can't just hand him the job after one start, he has to earn it. But he no doubt should be given every opportunity to win it. I think he has to compete w/ someone. Who that someone is is the question. But I'm not bringing in another high priced retread a la Carr. We have to get out of doing that.

He moved the O when given the chance as he was handcuffed, ran for 4 1st downs, threw passes that were dropped and were on the money and had a couple of non-called pass interference, made quick decisions. I've seen enough to crown him the starter as I am confident he will win that battle with whoever they bring.
