They are the SB Champs though, so maybe it was worth it. However, now they are a shell of themselves, an aging team with no resources. I don't blame McVay or think it's flaky. He didn't exactly leave them hanging. He told them he wouldn't stand in their way if they found other/better opportunities. He's young, but this season surely took a toll on him.
