The RFK site is the near-perfect place to build the new stadium. It will re-unify the fan base by providing near perfect stadium access from all of D.C., Northern Virginia, as well as Montgomery and Prince Georges counties in Maryland via major highways, Metro, circular bus routes and even on foot from parts of the city.

The fans Who identify themselves as "from D.C." will flock back to the new stadium and they will become as passionate as ever.
