Fire both Rivera and JDR tonight, save the season. How can this motherfuckers not motivate this high dollar D? Fitzmagic was on the money with his comment, they can play with anybody but when they play shitty teams they play to shit level. FUCKING INEXCUSABLE!!!!

He can take Martin and Marty along with him, though in Mayhew's defence I think he has been trying to draft OL high the last two years but I get the sense Ron blocked him.

Its interesting and revealing that if you consider the best players on the team, pretty much all of the best talent was already here before Ron arrived. Not sure that in four years he has genuinely added a single high level talent to the roster, maybe Jahan..

I think I'd go that route as this is probably a lost season. Hell! The team might show some spryness with a change.

I really think the secondary would look better with better coaching. Hell! Maybe the LBs would be halfway serviceable with better coaching as well. This team, particularly, the defense isn't being coached up.

I'd forced Rivera to fire JDR tomorrow. If he doesn't, then I'd fire both tomorrow.

Oh trust me I blame coaching first and than personnel. You are right about the secondary. There is some talent there. Lombardi couldn’t make these linebackers better though. They are a comedy show.
