I wonder if Patriots fans said that when Belichick was hired. Or Chiefs fans with Andy Reid. Or Seahawks fans with Pete Carroll. There are many examples of guys who did far better in round 2. No guarantees of course - there are plenty of examples of guys who didn’t improve. But my point is that we can’t know whether DQ or KK will have more success here than in previous stints. I trust Peters to be a better judge of that than I am. And I’ll be cautiously optimistic until there’s reason to feel otherwise. Man, the last 25 years has done a number on us all. Effing Snyder.
