Has some good and some bad about the system he ran, I am sure it won't be the same as what we run. We don't have AJ Green, Hopkins or Zach Ertz. I would also assume he has learned from what hasn't worked.

Kyle's injuries also derailed Kliff as well ; i have said this before but football is so many moving parts its hard to pin point one part that is the absolute cause of failure

You have to build a synergy of parts that work well together and that may mean bringing in a "broken" part from another machine that then eventually works well for you

True.

And let’s start this rebuild with a solid foundation and then stock the pipeline with future Ben Johnsons and Kyle Shanahans. We can try moonshots after we’ve rebuilt the launchpad.
