It's a useful set of exercises and interviews where the playing field is levelled somewhat. Prospects are tested on common measures rather than reliant on film that shows them against uncommon opponents. But, yes, some of these exercises are of limited (or no) value when testing their ability to operate at a pro level.

For sure, agreed. I just think the media overhypes certain things. Never forget - Troy Apke ran a 4.35 40. I think it's definitely useful for coaching staffs looking to get more information on prospects.
