DQ gets to coach under a competent owner, which is the biggest advantage he will have over any coach that has been part of this team in the past 25 years.

Sorry, but "Riverbloat Ron" was a mediocre (at best) coach, and a terrible GM. I don't blame it ALL on Snyderly Whiplash.

Yes agree. He continually neglected the oline and lb. Love the man but excited for the change.
