Steven Cheung, Trump's campaign spokesperson, told Newsweek on Friday, "This is nothing more than disgruntled, former low-level employees who had remarkably undistinguished careers in government and are now trying to survive as Never Trump pundits fighting over cable news contracts."

One of Trump's biggest errors was his initial hirings. This guy should have never had the job in the 1st place. There are quite a few people he hired that should have never been hired.

Having staff leave is one thing , these guys were in trumps Cabinet. Again your failed attempt to justify and defend trump shows your true MAGA faith.

More than 1,000 faith leaders endorse Harris as vice president leans on her faith to turn out Black voters

More than a thousand religious leaders endorsed Kamala Harris on Sunday, bolstering the Democratic presidential nominee’s push to emphasize how faith is informing her campaign ahead of next week’s election.

Among those backing the vice president is the Rev. William J. Barber II, a North Carolina-based faith leader who has pushed the Biden administration to call for a ceasefire in Gaza.

“In a moment like this, I am compelled to be clear that every voter must make a choice, and my choice is to oppose the dangerous politics that (Donald) Trump and the MAGA movement have unleashed by supporting the ticket that can defeat this potential for American fascism,” Barber said in a statement to CNN, while stressing that he was backing Harris in his personal capacity.

The endorsements come as Harris has been leaning on her faith – and her ties to Black faith communities – as she seeks to turn out Black voters in her closing pitch.

The vice president, who attended a Black Baptist church in Oakland growing up, appeared with her longtime pastor, the Rev. Amos C. Brown III of San Francisco’s Third Baptist Church, as part of a “souls to the polls” push in Georgia last weekend, a widespread effort to engage Black churchgoers in swing states.

And in comments at a Black church in West Philadelphia on Sunday, Harris “will continue to emphasize the importance of putting faith into action this campaign,” according to a senior campaign official.

Harris has alluded to faith throughout her campaign. The vice president said during a CNN town hall last week that after President Joe Biden called her this summer to say he would no longer seek reelection, she called Brown, seeking advice and prayer. Asked by CNN’s Anderson Cooper whether she prays every day, Harris said she does.

“Sometimes twice a day,” she said. “I was raised to believe in a loving God, to believe that your faith is a verb.”

Ok you are sounding very MAGAish now. That is the one thing I never understood about MAGA, how they would believe a known inveterate liar over senior Military officers and many other senior people who worked directly for Trump. Not only that Trump actually has publicly disparaged vets and the Military on many occasions. So why the heck would you believe him over multiple witnesses when he claims he never said Vets were suckers and losers?

Re: Presidential Race 2024

trump's sit down with Joe Rogan supplied us with much more BS but here are some interesting bits.

1) Open to dumping the Federal Income tax.

The truth.....https://news.yahoo.com/news/trump-fl...234139944.html

“So even the new revenues from Trump’s next round of tariffs may not provide much net budget savings,” he continued.

Even without eliminating the federal income tax, Trump’s economic package would increase the national debt by $7.5 trillion over a decade, according to a recent analysis by the Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget. The nonpartisan watchdog group estimates that his tariffs proposal would bring in $2.7 trillion over 10 years.

2) Election lies...........

Why do you care about some pro-war, bitter Karens, over the majority of military voters:

Military veterans remain a Republican group, backing Trump over Harris by wide margin

https://www.pewresearch.org/short-re...y-wide-margin/

About six-in-ten registered voters who say they have served in the U.S. military or military reserves (61%) support former President Donald Trump in the 2024 presidential election, while 37% back Vice President Kamala Harris, according to a Pew Research Center survey conducted in early September.

He's an angry ex-GF that also gets paid huge money for government contracts that he clearly benefits more from if Harris is president:

John Kelly, Trump’s ex-chief of staff, joins board of firm running America’s biggest child migrant facility

https://globalnews.ca/news/5239271/j...ant-detention/

And you can call me MAGA or MAGA'ish all you want, I have said multiple times that I'm not voting for him. But I'm not going to listen to all of this non-sense that Harris is anything less than a horrendous candidate. There is just no way you can watch any interview of hers where there is no teleprompter, where you want her leading the free-world. There just isn't. It's just hating Trump. Cut off your nose to spite your face.

Re: Presidential Race 2024

WTF is wrong with this Asshole?

https://news.yahoo.com/news/trump-pr...173224699.html

Trump’s Promise to Young Men: I Am Your Retribution Against Women

If you want to talk about hate messages then keep reading.

donald Trump’s rally at Madison Square Garden on Sunday was alarming for many reasons, not least for its overt fascism and racism, but it was also, as The New York Times accurately reported, a “carnival” of “misogyny”—one directed at Kamala Harris in particular.

Grant Cardone, a self-styled business guru, likened the Democratic nominee for president to a prostitute, saying that “her pimp handlers will destroy our country.” Another speaker called Harris “the devil” and “the Antichrist.” And Tucker Carlson, the former Fox News host, mocked her racial identity and repeated Trump’s insult that Harris, a former district attorney, state attorney general, senator, and now a vice president, was “low IQ.”

The overt sexism throughout the night, even by the standards of Trump’s nearly decade-long political career, was astonishing. Less surprising, given the campaign he’s run this year, was the figurative crotch-grabbing on display. When Trump running mate JD Vance mentioned Tim Walz, his Democratic counterpart, the crowd erupted into “tampon Tim” chants—to which Vance laughed. (Explainer here, if you need one.) And the “comedian” who opened the rally, Tony Hinchcliffe, said that Latinos “love making babies. There’s no pulling out. They come inside, just like they do to our country.”

These were not simply off-the-cuff remarks; they were very deliberate. It’s all part of Trump’s electoral strategy to Make America Masculine Again. He knows he’s losing women by massive margins, so he’s going after the men—especially, but not exclusively, aggrieved young men who feel they’ve been robbed of their male birthright to power. Trump is giving them license to say whatever they want about women, and his campaign is an implicit promise to give them control over women, including their bodies

About That Claim Trump Said 'Only Suckers Went to Vietnam'

Believe it or not but there is this..................
Gen. John Kelly, who was Trump's chief of staff when the alleged comments were made, confirmed that Trump did call American troops "losers" and "suckers." However, it was unclear whether he witnessed the comments firsthand or heard about them from someone else, or from news reports. Trump and his allies denied the accusations, though they have not responded to the above anecdote cited in this October 2024 story.

Per the October 2024 Atlantic story, former Trump administration officials including Kelly shared stories of Trump's admiration for autocrats like Adolf Hitler, and his past comments on the military. According to the book, "The Divider: Trump in the White House" Trump asked his then-chief of staff, Kelly "Why can't you be like the German generals?" Kelly told Trump the German generals "tried to kill Hitler three times and almost pulled it off." But Trump responded, "No, no, no, they were totally loyal to him."

Kelly gave The Atlantic additional details about the above exchange:

[Kelly] told me that when Trump raised the subject of "German generals," Kelly responded by asking, "'Do you mean Bismarck's generals?'" He went on: "I mean, I knew he didn't know who Bismarck was, or about the Franco-Prussian War. I said, 'Do you mean the kaiser's generals? Surely you can't mean Hitler's generals? And he said, 'Yeah, yeah, Hitler's generals.' I explained to him that Rommel had to commit suicide after taking part in a plot against Hitler." Kelly told me Trump was not acquainted with Rommel.

As we have reported before, Trump received four student deferments, then was disqualified from serving except in a time of war or national emergency after a medical examination found he had bone spurs in both heels. We confirmed Trump's deferment history via Selective Service records obtained from the U.S. National Archives by The Smoking Gun in 2011.

Navy admiral from bin Laden raid slams Trump in dramatic fashion

His Op Ed ...............

"The White House is the home of American leadership, where Republican leaders like Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, Ulysses S. Grant, Teddy Roosevelt, Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush resided. While each of these leaders had his shortcomings and foibles, none of them consistently violated every principle of good leadership like Donald Trump does. Mr. Trump has no self-control. He lashes out at immigrants, religious groups and military heroes. He lies with reckless abandon. In August, in what was outlandish even by Mr. Trump’s standards, he reposted on Truth Social a picture of Kamala Harris and Hillary Clinton above a crude sexual joke. Just last week he was regaling a crowd about Arnold Palmer’s anatomy. These are things a disturbed 15-year-old boy would do, not the commander in chief, not the man who holds the nuclear codes, not the leader of the free world."

McRaven’s piece didn’t explicitly endorse Vice President Kamala Harris, but the retired admiral said the Democratic nominee “won’t threaten the press, demean immigrants, mock those who have died for the country, break with our allies, or undermine the Constitution.”

He concluded that he couldn’t vote for Trump.

Why Harris’ support from retired U.S. military leaders matters
The highly decorated four-star general who commanded U.S. forces in Afghanistan has endorsed Kamala Harris, and he has plenty of related company.
