True but I think we are pretty far from being able to find an ideal player to replace Wise. We need someone who can set the edge well and if we get someone pass rushing ability, that’s a bonus. Not likely a lot of options out there.

Injuries suck.
Next man up.

JCM can play. Solid backup. We are going to miss Ekeler.
Conerly sucks. Not physically developed yet. Put Wylie back at RT.
Conerly is going to get JD killed.

Sam Howell on the Eagles? F them both.

Re: Week 2 Post-Game Thread

From Week 5 through Week 13, we do not play a single standard 1:00 p.m. EST kickoff game. Our schedule is all over the map.

Ekeler was never going to make it through the season.

Losing Wise sucks though, because Edge is already not a strong position before he got hurt.

But as long as J.D. is fine, the whole season is still ahead of us. I would have him sit out vs. the Raiders, but seems like a toss-up at this point.

Re: Week 2 Post-Game Thread

I am not to worried about the performance. GB did to us what they did to the Lions in week 1. Two very good teams. Plus I had this chalked as a loss anyways, whether it was by 1 or 50 is irrelevant. More frustrated about the injuries.
