Ron and Snyder are exactly why we are in the position we are in. Ron had NO talent on this team on the defensive side of the ball. I tried to tell you guys last year and this year that it was going to take time to get talent in that is needed. We got extremely lucky last year and people expect repeat performance. Luck doesn't repeat often.
