true but they are just extra help. Its not like we are loosing coaches besides for walker. I mean it is clear that GW will take over someday and if he doesn't for WHAT EVER reason it would be saunders. Saudners may leave after that but i expect this Glen guy would stay to help GW or leave and that wouldn't be that big of a deal. I guess what i am saying is that because they are just adding to our coaching staff and not replacing anyone it isn't really hurting us at all and only helping us.

It's hard to leave $2+ million on the table when a lot of owners aren't offering that much to head coaches.
