Tony, thanks again for visiting us!
What do established players do during off-season in order to maintain that edge, or to step up to the next level? Do they spend extra hours in the gym, lift weights, utilize personal trainers, perform wind sprints, climb steps, study playbooks, work out with other teamates, and only eat certain types of healthy foods? Or do they chill, kick back, travel, vacation, and put on weight like us(me) in TheWarpath.net?
