Re: Panthers | Team lands K. Johnson
Keyshawn is a jackass, but he is a very solid veteran and he is still one of the elite blocking wide recievers in the NFL. People tend to overlook that aspect of his game. This is a great pickup for Carolina.

Keyshawn is mediocre and his baggage makes him a net negative. Can you follow that wilso? If you cannot follow the thread pipe down. |

After S.Smith, they might as well as bring in the local high school WR's and they would be just a productive as any of the other WR's on the panthers roster. Which one of the Panthers WR's do you expect to step up? Is it Colbert, Carter, Samp, Cherry, Hankton, or that savy 17 year vet Ricky Proehl...

KJ had 839 yards last year, he's NEVER had less in a full season. the panthers #2 had 440 yards with a better QB. that means this i an upgrade that should help the team. I know you don't like the baggage, but please list all the remaining WR FAs that'd give them 800+ yards this season (as cheaply). |

You are right That Guy. I shouldn't have compared him to Gardner. Gardner has upside. |

Keyshawn is mediocre you say? This statement is not supported by the facts or in this case hard stats. He does have baggage so you got half of your equation right. |

Also keep in mind, he's getting 3.5mill a year, which is far less than the guys we got, and that Joe J wasn't considering carolina in any way. |
