Yeah, it just seems like he should be working in NY.

I say if you got a front office that wants to win as much as they do, no matter what it cost its great for us, the fans. Now I dont know what everyone does from day to day but they do know how to excite me with all of the moves they make. Joes back and he had one bad season and one good season. And so far this off season has been good, so I say someones doin somethin right and Id rather let the people that get paid for it worry about the politics. Im gonna ride with any decision they make whether its good or bad. Ive been a fan thru the worst of times and that will never change. If you remember Joe only had two losing seaons in his career, his first season as a head coach and his first season back with us. So he definately knows how to win and im sure he wouldnt want anyone around that dont make good decisions.

he went 8-8 his first year, that's not a losing season. I think he had one 7-9 year somewhere in there though.

Joe likes him--nuff said.

He was an easy mark when the team was sucking, but I think the FA pickups since 2000 have been generally very good--Washington, Griffen, Thomas, Rabach, etc.

Just as when Snyder first got here, Vinny also had a new learning curve working with the new owner, new team, etc.

Gibbs and Cerrato each get a vote, Danny is the tie breaker, according to this article. Same way Spurriers' regime was setup.

Yeah that's what they say in the press so Vinny C can save some face and not seem like the subordinate. Gibbs is in total control.

That Guy or Schneed, not that I don't believe you, but do you have any sources?

I'll give you a source

"Vinny Cerrato: The coach has the final say. We'll go through the whole process. We'll put everybody in an order. Then it will come down to the coach saying this is what I need or this is what I don't need.

Dan takes no say so in the player moves. He gives it all to Coach Gibbs. We all work together to come up with an answer and then the coach makes the final call. Like he says, somebody has to make the final call. He does."

Even without a source it doesn't take a genius to see Gibbs is running the show.
