I guess you guys dont have smog... We( people in So.Cal) cant smell a diesal fueled semi driving by, hell, half the time the smog is so thick, we cant even see it! But yeah, F... the drivers that toss out lit butts. 10's of thousands of acres are burned down because of that shit every year. We have a brush fire season .
