It really shows how poor our previous coaches had been. I think Marty could have pulled it together but he was on a slash and burn tirade to get rid of everything first. Gibbs came in and worked with what he had and has transformed the organization in so many positive ways. Without even considering wins and losses I think Gibbs has been a success for this franchise.
