Depends on which Skins defense shows up. If it's one that can put pressure on Young, and stop the run, then yes, it should be an easy win. If he gets time to throw the ball, or moves around ala Randall Cunningham/Donovan McNabb, it could be trouble.
But again, the Titans pretty much held their own against the Colts last week through 3+ quarters... Portis/Betts > 30 carries = Win Portis/Betts < 30 carries = narrow win or narrow loss.
