I think he's a great defensive coordinator, but he's not suited to be a head coach. He needs to consistently put out a good defense before we start talking about him as the head guy. The only way I would be happy is if he's the head coach and Saunders is in charge of offense or they have a new head coach come in and keep Saunders and Williams.
