Vitamins

Anyone here take vitamins (over the counter, legal ones)? I usually take C, E, and B-Complex on a daily basis. Though, admittedly, I sometimes forget.

Was wondering what vitamins, if any, others take. Just stuff to keep me healthy.

Also wondering who will be the first to make some sort of Flintstones vitamins remark

Not really a vitamin, but I take melatonin to help me sleep. It works really well... in-fact... kind of a random little factoid, melatonin isn't over the counter in Europe and Canada, opposite of the general trend. Good shit.

I take a Centrum every day, and when I remember to buy them, I take an Omega 3 Fish Oil (Trader Joe's). And soon enough, I'll be taking Glucosamine and Chondroitin to help the joints.

In college I took a nutrition class and I remember the professor saying that unless you are really sick or have something specifically wrong healthy people don't need to take any kind of vitamins. The guy was also really fat; sometimes his stomach would actually creep out under his shirt and my friend and I would stare at it like we were passing a horrible car accident or something.
Ever since then I've taken a multi-vitamin every day.

He's right though. Vitamin supplements are a bunch of garbledy-gook from a medical standpoint.
